Selling a home is a big deal — emotionally and financially. My job is to take the complexity off your plate, get your home in front of the right buyers, and guide you to a smooth closing.

Interview a Few Agents

Please do! Selling is a big decision and you should find someone you really click with. Local agents know this market best — and yes, I'd love the chance to earn your business.

Price It Right

We'll sit down and look at recent sales, active listings, and where your home fits in the market. I'll also walk through your home — small fixes like a fresh coat of paint or a serviced furnace can make a real difference.

Professional Photography

This is non-negotiable for me. Great photos are everything. Buyers scroll through dozens of listings, and stunning images are what make them stop and book a showing. Staging and virtual staging options too.

A Cohesive Marketing Plan

Broker open houses, public open houses, social media, local papers, and MLS listings. I'll handle all of it and keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Offer & Inspection

Once you accept an offer, the buyer schedules an inspection. Issues sometimes come up — that's completely normal. I'll help navigate any negotiations and keep the deal on track.

Contracts & Attorney

I'll refer you to experienced local real estate attorneys. Once the contract is signed, both parties are legally bound. The buyer then begins title search and underwriting.

Closing Day 🎉

Underwriting typically takes 4–6 weeks. Once they're cleared to close, a date is set — congratulations, you've sold your home!
