About Charlotte

Charlotte Founded House Finch Realty after working as an Associate Broker with over 8  years of experience in the primary and secondary home market. During those 8 years, she gained a wealth of expertise managing residential and commercial sales and rentals and decided it was time to start her own business.

Prior to living in Cold Spring, Charlotte had a wide-ranging career working in New York City. She developed museum exhibits for the Museum of the City of New York and the Department of Defense, worked in the Office of the Chairman at Goldman Sachs, and held various positions as an analyst and researcher at local Consulates in the political division.

Charlotte has a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and is currently enjoying spending time with her family, cat, dog and bikes. She is an active volunteer with the Cold Spring Fire Company as an Interior Firefighter and the Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee.
